Het is dan niet de nieuwste versie van TVC, maar deze werkt bij mij zeer goed. Met dit programma'tje kun je video files en audio files converten naar andere video/audio formaten. Zie hieronder welke formaten hij o.a. ondersteunt.
Zoals de titel het ook al zegt, hij is portable. Bij mij werkt bij portable, bij sommigen niet. Als hij niet werkt kan ik er niks aan doen, dan ligt het misschien aan een of andere instelling. 
Getest op windows xp, vista en 7(Ultimate x64) en werkt op alle 3  perfect.
Virusscanner over heen laten gaan, GEEN trojan's of wat dan ook.
